Leilani Mimosa

Otelie Fabric

Leilani Mimosa from Romo’s Otelie collection scatters delicate, branching sprigs across a soft white ground. Small mimosa-yellow buds sit alongside cool grey and charcoal-grey leaf marks for a fresh, lightly sketched effect.

About this fabric

The pattern is composed of slender grey stems with irregular clusters of yellow, pale grey and deeper grey foliage, giving the surface a naturally varied rhythm. Its predominantly white ground keeps the design bright and open, while the cooler grey notes temper the warmth of the mimosa yellow. The fine, printed-looking botanical detail reads as light and fluid in the swatch, making the colourway especially well suited to relaxed window treatments. Viewed close-up, the small tonal shifts within each sprig add gentle depth without making the overall design feel busy.

How to use it

Pair Leilani Mimosa with warm white walls, pale timber and soft grey upholstery to draw out its crisp ground and cool botanical detail. Use it on full-length curtains where the yellow sprigs can bring a restrained note of sunshine to the room.

Use this airy yellow-and-grey sprig design for softly styled curtains in light, calm interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
