Sayula Fig

Ottavia Fabric

Sayula Fig pairs a soft cream ground with an abundant botanical drawing in olive, rust, ochre and muted fig-purple. The flowing stems and leaves create a painterly, garden-inspired surface with plenty of movement.

About this fabric

The pattern combines long, sweeping foliage with small clustered fig-purple flowers, while rust and ochre accents add warmth across the cream background. Fine drawn lines and shaded areas give the leaves a sketched, tactile appearance rather than a flat graphic finish. The folds in the swatch show the design retaining its fluid, lightweight drape. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification.

How to use it

Use Sayula Fig at a window where its cream base can catch natural light, then echo the muted fig-purple and olive in cushions or painted joinery. Its warm rust and ochre details work particularly well with timber and soft neutral furnishings.

Use the warm cream ground with olive, rust and fig-purple accents to bring painterly botanical colour to curtains or relaxed blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
