About this fabric

The design is formed from closely packed, irregular vertical bands that vary in width and length, creating a broken ikat-like rhythm across the cloth. Olive and moss green provide the dominant tone, while warm cream, ochre, rust and soft mauve are punctuated by darker charcoal and blue-grey marks. The woven surface has a visibly tactile, finely striated appearance, with the changing colours creating movement as the eye travels across the width. Its dense vertical composition gives this colourway a smart, textural character rather than a flat or purely graphic look.

How to use it

Pair Benito Fig with warm natural woods, olive upholstery and aged brass for a collected scheme, or use its cream and mauve notes to soften a darker room. The vertical pattern would add height and movement to curtains, while its dense woven look also suits occasional chairs and cushions.
