About this fabric
Woven in a 53% linen and 47% cotton blend, this fabric has a relaxed, natural handle that suits curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. The 287gsm weight gives it a substantial mid-weight feel, while the visible weave adds a slightly textural, artisanal look. In this colourway, the background reads as a cool misty blue-green with chalky ivory ground, broken up by inky grey marks and small flashes of teal and yellow. The horizontal 68cm and vertical 84cm repeat supports the strong painterly rhythm seen across the cloth, and it is iron safe for straightforward care. Spot clean only; no fire retardant is noted.
How to use it
Use Hopea Blue where you want a soft, cool focal point that still feels calm rather than bold. It works especially well with pale oak, brushed nickel and off-white walls, letting the blue and teal notes stay fresh.
