About this fabric
Part of Voyage Maison’s Pennington collection, this fabric is made from 78% cotton and 22% polyester and is supplied at 140cm wide with a 70cm horizontal repeat and 41.7cm vertical repeat. It is suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings, and should be dry cleaned only; it is also iron safe. In this colourway, the design reads as a fresh sage green with cooler teal notes, lifted by soft pink and mossy detailing against an ivory base. The weave has a gentle textile texture that keeps the large-scale botanical pattern looking relaxed rather than heavy.
How to use it
Use Elder Green in a room that already has light timber, chalky paintwork or linen upholstery, so the sage and teal leaves feel crisp rather than busy. It works especially well for full-length curtains where the pale ground will brighten the window and the floral repeat can be seen at a comfortable distance.
