About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton at 230gsm, this Riviera fabric has enough body for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings while still reading light and easy. The shell forms are painted in translucent layers of blue-green, sage and muted jade, with occasional lilac and pale blush notes that stop the palette feeling flat. On the white ground, the colours look fresh rather than deep, so the overall effect is cool, breezy and gently luminous. The pattern repeat is 45.33cm horizontally and 47.4cm vertically, giving the design a substantial scale that suits generous window dressings. Dry clean only and cool iron if needed.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed curtains or Roman blinds in a room with painted timber, white walls and linen upholstery. The soft sea-glass greens work especially well with pale oak, brushed brass and other calm coastal finishes.

Pair with pale timbers and chalky neutrals to let the watery greens and blues stay fresh.
