Selkirk green

Selkirk Fabricselkirk/fa1/lgs

Selkirk Green has a softly woven, dappled look that reads as a muted sage with a gentle, earthy warmth. The small-scale texture gives it a calm, grounded finish rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

This Selkirk colourway is a low-key green with a pale, mossy cast and a lightly heathered surface that catches the light in tiny specks. The 315gsm weight and 20,000 Martindale rating make it a practical choice for upholstery as well as curtains and blinds, while the 44% polyester, 40% cotton and 16% acrylic blend gives it a balanced, tactile handle. With no visible pattern repeat, the emphasis stays on the subtle woven texture and the gentle variation in tone across the cloth. Dry clean only and iron safe.

How to use it

Use Selkirk Green to soften seating, window dressings or bench cushions where you want colour without brightness. Its muted sage tone pairs neatly with oak, limestone, oatmeal and aged brass.

A softly textured sage that works well across upholstery and curtains for an easy natural look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
