Selkirk pink

Selkirk Fabricselkirk/fa1/gra

Selkirk Pink is shown as a tightly woven, small-scale texture in a vivid magenta-pink tone. The surface has a lively, melange effect that gives the colour extra depth rather than a flat solid appearance.

About this fabric

This Selkirk colourway uses 44% polyester, 40% cotton and 16% acrylic, with a substantial 315gsm weight and a Martindale rating of 20,000, making it suitable for curtains, blinds and upholstery. In the image, the pink reads as rich and saturated, with warmer raspberry notes and flecks of softer beige-grey yarn breaking up the surface. The weave is compact and evenly textured, so the cloth feels smart and considered rather than glossy or overtly decorative. With no pattern repeat and a 140cm width, it works neatly across structured furnishings and window treatments alike. Dry clean only and iron safe.

How to use it

Use this pink to bring colour to a neutral scheme where its warm magenta tone can lift oak, plaster, taupe or stone finishes. It is especially effective on occasional chairs, cushions and tailored curtains where the texture can catch the light.

A vivid magenta weave that adds warmth and energy to tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
