About this fabric

The blue ground reads slightly softened rather than bright, allowing the warm ochre animal silhouettes to stand out clearly without becoming harsh. Visible motifs include spotted lounging cats, walking big cats and slender seated figures, each edged crisply against the denim field. With a 220 gsm weight and 44 threads per cm, the fabric has a substantial yet versatile mid-weight presence, while its 140.2 cm usable width supports both upholstery and drapery applications. The design repeats over 42.5 cm vertically and 92.8 cm horizontally, creating a clearly organised but playful all-over rhythm.

How to use it

Use Lionel Denim to bring cool blue depth and warm golden contrast to a relaxed reading chair, upholstered bench or softly tailored curtain. Pair it with natural wood, tan leather and quiet cream textiles to balance the energetic animal pattern.
