About this fabric

The pattern combines upright cats, prowling big cats and long reclining animals, all picked out in a textured-looking honey-gold motif against the cool blue-grey background. This colourway feels warm but softened rather than bright, with the ochre figures standing clearly away from the quiet ground. The design has a 42.5cm vertical repeat and a 92.8cm horizontal repeat across its 140.2cm usable width. At 220gsm and 44 threads per cm, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery.

How to use it

Use the honey ochre figures to add a warm, characterful accent to a pale blue-grey room, from a statement chair to relaxed curtains. Pick up the ground colour in surrounding painted furniture or plain textiles to keep the playful repeat balanced.

A playful mid-weight animal print bringing warm honey ochre and pale blue-grey contrast to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
