Kinniya Grasshopper combines a warm ivory ground with closely spaced, upright botanical stems in a softened grasshopper green. Fine blue-grey sprigs bring a cool note through the otherwise fresh, lightly sunlit colourway.

About this fabric

The small-scale pattern is formed from feathery yellow-green stems and leaves, with scattered blue-grey floral marks creating a delicate contrast against the ivory background. At 345 gsm and 80 threads per cm, the fabric has a substantial, closely made furnishing weight suited to upholstery. Its 132 cm useable width and 40 m standard length provide practical roll dimensions for larger projects. The botanical repeat measures 24 cm vertically by 33 cm horizontally, giving the directional stems a neat, regular rhythm across the cloth.

How to use it

Use the softened grasshopper green on an armchair, bench or headboard where the ivory ground can brighten the form without feeling stark. Echo the blue-grey details with cool painted wood, stone tones or understated blue-grey cushions.
