About this fabric

Fine upright stems repeat across the cream ground, alternating blue-grey foliage with ochre-amber seed heads and delicate feathery marks. This colourway feels warm and softly muted rather than bright, with the amber details catching the eye against the lighter background. The 24 cm vertical and 33 cm horizontal repeat gives the botanical arrangement a clear, regular rhythm. At 345 gsm and 132 cm usable width, it is a versatile fabric for both upholstery and drapery, with 80 threads per cm contributing to its closely detailed appearance.

How to use it

Use Kinniya Amber to brighten a relaxed armchair, headboard or full-length curtain while echoing its amber accents in wood, brass or warm ochre accessories. Its pale cream base also sits comfortably with blue-grey upholstery and other quiet neutrals.

A softly detailed botanical ground that brings warm amber and blue-grey accents to upholstery or window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kinniya Amber without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
