Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0352-18

Tuscany II Hay is a richly textured weave in a soft hay-gold shade, with a dry, tactile surface that catches the light gently rather than shining. The colour reads warm and earthy, with a relaxed, natural character.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a tightly woven, slubby texture in a muted golden hay tone, with small variations in thread colour that give the surface depth and movement. At 344 gsm, it has the substantial feel expected of an upholstery fabric, while the 137.5 cm usable width makes it practical for larger furniture projects. The plain construction has no vertical or horizontal repeat, so the weave itself provides the interest. Its 56 threads per cm support the neat, robust finish visible in the swatch, and the overall effect is warm without becoming bright or glossy.

How to use it

Use Hay on a sofa, banquette or accent chair where you want a sun-baked neutral that feels welcoming rather than formal. It pairs well with timber, linen, aged brass and deeper earthy tones for a layered, easy interior.

A warm, earthy gold weave that brings easy texture and a grounded, sunlit feel to upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
