About this fabric

The swatch shows fine upright stems, tiny leaves and rounded berry-like motifs arranged across a pale biscuit background. Slate-grey and charcoal marks provide the strongest contrast, while biscuit details soften the overall effect rather than making it feel stark. The 31 cm vertical and 31.5 cm horizontal repeats keep the botanical pattern evenly spaced and airy. At 350 gsm with 26 threads per cm, the fabric has a substantial, closely constructed feel, with a 130 cm usable width and 50 m standard length.

How to use it

Use the pale biscuit ground on a chair, headboard or bench where the cool slate and charcoal sprigs can read as a restrained botanical accent. Pair it with chalky neutrals and natural timber to preserve this colourway’s light, softened character.

Use this pale biscuit ground with cool slate and charcoal accents to bring a light, quietly botanical finish to upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
