Noukku Fabrics FabricSCF0049-03

Noki Satsuma/Sky/Pebble brings an irregular vertical stripe to a soft cream ground, combining warm satsuma-peach with pale sky blue and pebble-grey lines. The closely woven surface gives the pattern a gently tactile, textile-led character.

About this fabric

The cream background is crossed by narrow, slightly uneven vertical stripes in warm peach, pale blue and muted pebble grey, with finer broken lines creating subtle variation across the design. Weighing 343 gsm and measuring 31 threads per cm, it has a substantial woven handle rather than a light, sheer quality. The usable width is 137 cm, with a 15.5 cm vertical repeat and a 34 cm horizontal repeat for planning stripe placement. Cool sky blue softens the warmth of the satsuma tones, giving this colourway a light, relaxed appearance with enough grey to add depth.

How to use it

Use the cream, peach and sky-blue balance to bring gentle colour to a relaxed living-room chair, bench or cushion, or use the vertical stripes for curtains and blinds where their narrow rhythm can run cleanly from top to bottom.

A substantial woven stripe with soft colour contrast for upholstery, cushions, blinds or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
