About this fabric

This substantial woven fabric is formed from small blue geometric marks set closely across an ivory background, giving the colourway a softly graphic appearance rather than a flat blue field. Its 552gsm weight and 62 threads per centimetre give the swatch a dense, tactile presence suited to upholstery. The usable width is 140cm, with a compact 1.5cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat. In the light, the blue reads as calm denim with a slightly softened, gently irregular woven character.

How to use it

Use Ragdale Coast Blue on a tailored armchair, dining chair or compact sofa where its cool denim tone can sharpen warm timber, chalky walls and natural upholstery accents. The small repeat works particularly well on shaped pieces without overwhelming their silhouette.

The cool denim-blue and ivory weave brings crisp, understated pattern to upholstered seating.
