About this fabric

At 536gsm, Sorrel Denim is a substantial woven cloth suited to upholstery rather than lightweight drapery. Its 135cm usable width provides a practical working span, while the small motif repeats every 19cm vertically and 10.5cm horizontally to maintain a consistent geometric rhythm. The muted denim tone feels cool and softly shaded, with pale blue highlights picking out the closely spaced lozenges. With 91 threads per cm and a standard length of 35m, it has a dense, neatly structured appearance across the full cloth.

How to use it

Use the cool denim-blue ground on tailored seating, dining chairs or an ottoman where the small-scale pattern can add texture without dominating the room. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and soft grey-blue accents to draw out the lighter woven details.
