Fin Navy

Marina Fabric FabricCCF0761-03

Fin Navy sets a fleet of pale, finely outlined sailboats against a deep navy ground, with gulls and layered wave lines creating a lively coastal scene. The cool blue tone reads as rich and inky, while the light linework keeps the surface visually open.

About this fabric

This 224 gsm fabric combines a saturated navy background with chalky blue-grey and off-white boats, birds and dense horizontal wave marks. The illustrated sailing motif repeats over a 32 cm vertical drop and 45.5 cm horizontal repeat, giving the design a clear but active rhythm across the cloth. Its 137 cm usable width is practical for coordinating upholstery, cushions and window treatments, while the 40 m standard length supports larger decorating schemes. Fine linear detailing catches the light differently across the surface, adding depth to the otherwise cool, even navy field.

How to use it

Use Fin Navy on a window seat, occasional chair or relaxed Roman blind where its cool nautical blue can anchor pale timber, chalky neutrals and weathered coastal accents. Centre the sailboats across cushions or curtain drops to make the 32 cm repeat part of the room’s visual rhythm.

A cool, characterful nautical print that brings movement to upholstery, curtains and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
