Dotty Natural from Studio G’s Montage collection combines a warm ivory ground with neatly spaced taupe-grey dots. The low-contrast colouring and fine woven texture give the swatch a soft, natural presence.

About this fabric

The ivory background reads creamy rather than stark, while the muted taupe-grey spots add gentle definition without becoming high contrast. A subtle vertical grain is visible through the ground, giving the surface a lightly tactile finish. At 224 gsm, this mid-weight fabric is suited to both upholstery and drapery. The small motif has a 5.8 cm vertical repeat and a 6.8 cm horizontal repeat across the 137 cm usable width, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Dotty Natural to bring a warm, chalky softness to an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain. Its ivory-and-taupe palette works especially well with natural timber, linen tones and understated neutral schemes.
