Sakura FabricCCF0430-04

Sasa Teal pairs a cool, muted blue-teal woven ground with pale, almost icy foliage. The branching leaves and open botanical silhouettes create a light, airy contrast against the textured background.

About this fabric

This 240 gsm fabric has a clearly visible fine woven texture, giving the blue-teal ground subtle tonal depth rather than a flat finish. Pale leafy stems and pointed leaves sweep across the face in an organic, medium-scale arrangement, with a 42 cm vertical repeat and 46 cm horizontal repeat. At 138 cm usable width and a standard 40 m length, it is practical for coordinating upholstery and drapery projects. The restrained contrast of cool teal and soft white-blue makes the pattern feel fresh and quietly graphic.

How to use it

Use Sasa Teal to bring a cool, water-toned accent to a relaxed sitting room, either on an occasional chair or as full curtains. Pair its pale foliage with chalky whites, light greyed woods and soft natural textures to keep the blue-teal shade calm and spacious.

The cool blue-teal ground and pale leafy drawing bring a softly graphic botanical character to upholstery or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sasa Teal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
