Harper Teal

Sherwood FabricCCF0383-05

Harper Teal brings a cool, muted teal ground together with sweeping ivory peacock feathers and softly dotted eye motifs. The close-set arrangement gives the colourway a layered, flowing rhythm rather than a sparse botanical feel.

About this fabric

The blue-green teal background reads calm and slightly softened, while the ivory feather plumes create a crisp contrast across the surface. Rounded teal-and-ivory feather eyes punctuate the fine, curling linework, with the surface texture adding gentle variation to the flat colour. At 204 gsm and with a 137 cm usable width, this fabric is suited to both upholstery and drapery applications. The pattern has a 32 cm vertical repeat and a 68.5 cm horizontal repeat, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Harper Teal on a reading chair, ottoman or tailored cushion where its cool depth can anchor a room, or let the ivory feather movement run through relaxed curtains. Pair it with warm ivory, pale timber and restrained brass to balance the blue-green tone.

Use the cool teal ground and ivory feather detail to bring graphic botanical movement to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
