About this fabric

The design is printed in pale sepia and taupe-beige tones across a creamy ground, with large flowers, curling leaves, paisley shapes and finely detailed damask elements visible throughout the swatch. Rather than a sharp contrast, the warm colour pairing creates a softened, tonal effect that lets the intricate motifs merge and separate as the light changes. This wallpaper has a useable width of 52 cm and a standard length of 10.05 m, with a 52 cm vertical pattern repeat. The supplied specification lists a 158 gsm weight, while no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use Thackeray Sepia where its warm cream and muted sepia tones can complement natural woods, antique brass and layered neutral furnishings. Its formal damask scale is particularly suited to a bedroom, dressing room or traditional hallway.

Use this softly sepia damask to bring warm, traditional pattern to bedrooms, hallways or elegant sitting rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
