About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Country Woodland Fabrics collection is a 252gsm cloth with a usable width of 141 cm, a 33 cm vertical repeat and a 70 cm horizontal repeat. The surface shows a fine, textile-like weave beneath the print, which keeps the leafy trail and bird motifs looking gentle rather than heavy. In this colourway, the ground is a warm ivory-beige, lifted by muted sage and olive leaves and small orange-brick berries that give the pattern a quiet autumn warmth. The birds and branches sit in soft tonal browns, so the overall effect is earthy, low-contrast and easy to layer into a country scheme.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains where the warm ivory ground can brighten a room without feeling stark. It works especially well with painted timber, muted greens and aged brass.
