Everly Fig

Country Woodland Fabrics FabricSAF0206-03

Everly Fig pairs a soft cream ground with a delicate trailing botanical in muted fig mauve and greyed lilac. The result feels airy and quietly traditional, with enough pattern to read clearly without feeling heavy.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 133 cm and a substantial 346 gsm weight, giving the cloth enough presence for upholstery as well as curtains and blinds. The design repeats as a slender climbing trail, with 23.5 cm vertical and 33.3 cm horizontal repeats that create a neat, rhythmic surface. In this colourway, the cream background is warm and light rather than stark, while the small leaf-and-berry motif sits in softened fig tones with a dusty, almost watercolour finish. The overall effect is gentle and country-led, with the thread count of 31 per cm contributing to a finely worked, close-looking weave.

How to use it

Use Everly Fig on a settee, bedroom curtains or a fitted headboard where its muted cream ground can keep the room bright. It sits especially well with painted timber, aged brass and soft green accents, echoing the fabric’s understated woodland palette.

A gentle cottage-style fabric that layers easily with painted woods and pale florals.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Everly Fig without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
