About this fabric

This Sanderson Country House Fabrics design is a substantial 380 gsm fabric with a usable width of 137 cm, making it well suited to upholstery projects that need body as well as pattern presence. The large 45.5 cm vertical repeat and 69 cm horizontal repeat create a generous, repeat-led floral layout that reads clearly across larger pieces. In this colourway, the ivory background keeps the design airy while duck egg petals, powdery pink roses, sage leaves and soft taupe stems add a gentle, lifted palette. The print has a classic English-country feel, but the cooler blue notes stop it from becoming overly warm or sugary.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, a banquette or a set of dining chairs where the ivory ground can brighten the room and the duck egg accents can echo painted woodwork or ceramics. It pairs especially well with faded blues, chalky greens and natural oak.
