Kent Parchment

Chiswick Grove Wallpapers WallpaperSAW0088-04

Kent Parchment presents a softly aged beige ground covered with an ivory damask of curling stems, stylised blooms and scrolling leaves. The low-contrast palette gives the ornate pattern a calm, gently chalky appearance rather than a strong graphic contrast.

About this fabric

The warm parchment background is closely matched by pale ivory ornament, allowing the floral damask to emerge through tonal contrast and the lightly textured surface visible in the swatch. Large flowers sit among symmetrical sprays, curling foliage and fine dotted details, creating a formal but softened sense of depth. This wallpaper is supplied at a usable width of 52 cm, with a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat specified. Each standard length is 10.05 m, and the stated weight is 169 gsm.

How to use it

Use Kent Parchment across a bedroom, hallway or sitting room where its warm beige tone can sit alongside aged timber, natural linen and ivory-painted wood. Its pale damask detail works especially well when the room needs pattern without a sharp colour break.

Use this softly contrasting parchment-and-ivory damask to bring quiet pattern and a light, refined finish to walls.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
