About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 139 cm and a generous 68 cm vertical repeat, so the trailing motif has room to breathe across a wider make-up. At 230 gsm, it feels like a substantial decorative fabric rather than a sheer, which suits the composed, illustrative print. The colourway combines a sugared almond cream base with soft greens, faded pinks, gentle blues and touches of earthy brown, giving the design a sweet but slightly vintage warmth. The fine detail and 36.2 threads per cm help preserve the tiny flowers, leaves and deer throughout the repeating scene.

How to use it

Use this colourway for curtains in a child’s room, guest bedroom or dressing space where the warm cream ground will keep the pattern feeling airy. It also works well alongside pale painted woods, soft tan upholstery and natural textures to let the woodland print stay center stage.

A warm cream ground softens the busy woodland motif, making it especially charming for a light, storybook scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bambi Sugared Almonds without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
