Curios Wallcoverings WallpaperSAW0069-05

Mapperton Chalk presents a delicate botanical design in a pale, cool chalk tone, with fine white foliage and branching stems drifting across the surface. The near-white pattern gives the colourway a softly luminous, misted quality.

About this fabric

The ground reads as a very pale chalky grey-ivory, cooler and quieter than a warm cream, while the white stems, leaves and small flowers create a low-contrast layered effect. Slender branches sweep diagonally through the design, opening into feathery sprays and rounded floral forms that remain clearly visible without feeling strongly graphic. This wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width and a 64 cm vertical pattern repeat, with no horizontal repeat recorded. It is supplied in standard 10.05 m lengths and has a listed weight of 158 gsm.

How to use it

Use Mapperton Chalk to bring a gentle, light-reflective botanical layer to a bedroom, hallway or sitting room. Its cool chalk-and-white palette pairs naturally with pale timber, soft grey upholstery and muted blue-green accents.

A cool, softly luminous botanical wallpaper for calm bedrooms, sitting rooms and elegant transitional interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
