Gingko Trail Dijon

Curios Fabrics FabricSAF0162-02

Gingko Trail Dijon shows a delicate branching trail scattered across a pale cream ground, with small feathery leaf forms adding gentle movement. The overall effect is airy and refined, with the motif reading clearly without overwhelming the cloth.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Curios Fabrics collection has a usable width of 133.5 cm, a 40 m standard length, and a substantial 373 gsm weight. The pattern repeat is 23.5 cm vertically and 44.5 cm horizontally, which suits the orderly all-over trail seen in the swatch. Its cream base is warmed by tiny Dijon-toned accents, while the slender linear stems and softly shaded leaf tips create a crisp but delicate botanical texture. With 23 threads per cm, the cloth reads as tightly woven and clean surfaced, giving the design a neat, tailored appearance.

How to use it

The soft cream and Dijon colouring works well on upholstered pieces where you want pattern without visual heaviness. Pair it with oak, aged brass, or muted olive textiles to echo the natural trail and keep the room feeling light.

Use with dark timber and muted green accents to let the fine trail motif stand out.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
