Highgrove by Sanderson Wallcoverings WallpaperSAW0229-02

Pergola Stripe Rose Chintz places richly detailed floral bands against a warm cream ground. Rose, teal-blue and green botanical shades give the stripe a softly colourful, traditional character.

About this fabric

The design features repeated vertical bands of climbing flowers, leaves and curling stems, separated by broad areas of warm ivory cream. Dusty rose and red blooms sit alongside teal-blue flowers, muted green foliage and darker burgundy accents, creating a layered chintz effect without losing the lightness of the ground. The wallpaper has a 52 cm usable width and a standard length of 10.05 m. Its 39.3 cm vertical repeat and 0 cm horizontal repeat suit the clearly aligned stripe layout, while the listed weight is 130 gsm.

How to use it

Use the warm cream ground to keep a room feeling light, then echo the rose blooms through upholstery or painted furniture. Teal and green details can be picked out in cushions, ceramics or botanical accessories for a coordinated, collected scheme.

Pair the warm cream ground with natural timber, painted furniture and soft rose accents for a classic chintz interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
