Oriental Toile Taupe from Titley & Marr’s New Products collection shows an ornate toile scene with flowering branches, small pagodas and figure motifs set between decorative vertical borders. The print sits on a pale cream base, while the pattern is drawn in warm taupe, biscuit and soft caramel tones that give the design a mellow, sun-washed look. The overall effect is crisp rather than dense, with the light ground keeping the large-scale motif airy and easy to live with. No performance features are noted for this fabric, and its woven cloth appearance makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery where a decorative, tailored finish is wanted.
