About this fabric

This woven plaid is centred on a cool jade-teal shade, with olive and deep brown areas adding a grounded, woodland-like depth. Narrow mustard, ochre and burgundy lines cross the larger checks, giving the pattern a gently weathered, handcrafted character. The closely textured surface catches the light softly rather than appearing glossy, while the visible cloth weight and drape make it well suited to upholstery. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Bainbridge Jade on a fireside chair, footstool or relaxed sofa where its cool blue-green base can sit alongside warm timber, tan leather and burgundy accents. Repeat the olive and ochre detailing through cushions or painted cabinetry for a cohesive, layered scheme.

Use this muted jade-teal plaid to bring layered colour and relaxed texture to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
