About this fabric

The close-up shows a quiet plain weave with subtle variation between pale shell, dusty taupe and warmer beige threads. Fine crosswise and lengthwise texture gives the surface a softly tactile, linen-like character without a visible motif. The fabric gathers easily in the image, creating a light, supple impression that is particularly well suited to relaxed drapery.

How to use it

Use this warm shell-taupe colourway for full-length curtains in rooms with cream, chalk or pale timber finishes. Pair it with deeper mushroom or muted brown accents to draw out the gentle tonal depth in the weave.

A softly textured shell-taupe cloth whose fluid folds suit calm, understated window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
