Gabba Ivory
Gabba Fabric
Gabba Ivory has a warm ivory ground with fine taupe-grey variation woven through its surface. The close-up reveals a raised, softly nubby texture with an irregular checked effect that gives the pale colour gentle depth.

About this fabric
The substantial-looking weave reads as a tactile upholstery cloth, with short slubs and uneven threads creating a softly boucle-like finish. Its ivory tone is warm rather than stark white, while the taupe flecks add a muted, natural contrast across the surface. Light catches the raised threads unevenly, keeping the colourway from appearing flat despite its pale base. No composition, width, rub test or performance rating has been supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Pair Gabba Ivory with warm oak, limestone and soft taupe upholstery for a calm, layered scheme; its pale textured ground is especially effective on a statement chair or upholstered headboard.
Use this warm ivory texture to soften occasional chairs, sofas or headboards while retaining a quietly tailored look.

Pairs well with
Gabba Ivory is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
