Jasper Natural

Jasper Fabric

Jasper Natural combines a warm taupe ground with closely spaced, softly undulating stripes in blue-grey, brown and muted neutral tones. The woven surface gives the colourway gentle variation as it falls into folds.

About this fabric

Fine linear stripes run vertically across the visible cloth, with blue-grey and brown threads breaking up the natural taupe base. The pattern is small in scale and understated, while the closely woven texture adds quiet depth rather than shine. In the draped areas, the stripe direction bends naturally, showing how the colour shifts between lighter taupe ridges and deeper shadowed folds. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Jasper Natural where a warm, grounded neutral is needed with a little cool contrast: it would suit a tailored chair, relaxed sofa, or full-length curtains alongside stone, tobacco, charcoal and blue-grey accents.

The warm taupe ground and fine blue-grey striping bring subtle movement to upholstery or window treatments.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jasper Natural without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
