About this fabric

The swatch combines dark green and blue threads, creating the layered kingfisher tone rather than a flat teal. A fine, irregular crosswoven texture runs across the surface, giving the cloth a lightly brushed, tactile appearance. The fabric falls into generous soft folds in the photograph, indicating a supple handle suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Shadowed creases deepen the colour to an inky green, while raised sections catch lighter blue-green highlights.

How to use it

Pair this cool, deep teal-green with warm timber, aged brass and soft neutral upholstery for balance. Used at a window, its tonal depth would make a calm, atmospheric backdrop; on seating, it would bring a richer accent colour.

Use the deep teal-green tone to add cool, inky depth to upholstered seating or softly draped windows.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
