About this fabric

The image shows a fine, even weave with a gently laundered finish rather than a printed motif. In the raised folds, the buttercup colour appears brighter and warmer, while the recessed areas settle into a deeper ochre shadow. The cloth falls into soft, fluid pleats, making its visible weight particularly well suited to drapery. No further specification data, including composition, width or performance testing, has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Buttercup at a window where its warm yellow-gold tone can catch daylight, pairing it with natural timber, chalky neutrals or muted olive accents. The relaxed crumple works especially well for full-length curtains with an informal, softly gathered finish.

Use this softly golden, fluid cloth for relaxed curtains that bring warmth without strong pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
