Lindos Fabric

Lindos Mercury is shown here in a cool, deep grey, its softly crumpled folds revealing a fine woven grid. The cloth falls in fluid pleats, while darker recesses give the shade a charcoal depth.

About this fabric

The surface has a fine crosshatched weave, with subtle lighter and darker threads creating a softly mottled graphite effect rather than a flat grey. Its pliable-looking handle and fluid fall make this colourway most naturally suited to drapery. In the folds, Mercury shifts from silvery grey highlights to dense charcoal shadows, giving plain cloth gentle movement. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Lindos Mercury for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its cool charcoal tone can soften a pale room without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with chalky whites, weathered timber and brushed metal to emphasise the quiet woven texture.

Use this cool charcoal grey for softly gathered curtains and understated, textural window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
