About this fabric

This plain colourway has no visible motif; its interest comes from the even, softly lustrous surface and the way it catches light across the folds. The rich cognac tone reads warmer and deeper in the shaded creases, while flatter areas show a quieter, earthy brown. The cloth forms supple, continuous folds in the photograph, making it visually suited to flowing drapery as well as softly shaped furnishings. No performance features are noted in the supplied details.

How to use it

Use Magnum Cognac to bring a warm, grounded note to a room, pairing its earthy brown depth with aged brass, cream or darker timber. Its fluid folds would work particularly well in full-length curtains, while the plain surface can also support softly tailored upholstery.

Use this warm cognac shade for softly tailored upholstery or flowing curtains where its subtle tonal depth can show.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
