About this fabric

The close, even weave gives this plain fabric a subtle tactile grain rather than a visible motif or repeat. Its burnt red tone is warm and earthy, sitting between rust, brick and dark terracotta as the light moves across the folds. The cloth gathers into soft, fluid drapery, while the broader areas show a consistent woven surface suitable for both upholstery and curtains. No composition, width or rub-test data is supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Pair Rouen Burnt with warm timber, aged brass and sandy neutrals to balance its deep terracotta-red colour. Use it on a relaxed armchair or generous curtains where the folds can reveal its darker russet shadows.
