Rouen Ii Port
Rouen Fabric
Rouen II Port is shown as a deep port-brown cloth with an almost-black depth and a smooth surface that catches the light softly across its folds. Its fluid fall gives the colour a quietly luxurious presence.

About this fabric
In the photograph, the Port colourway reads as a very dark, warm brown, with muted plum-like depth in the shaded areas rather than a flat black. The fabric gathers into long, flowing folds, showing a soft, fluid handle and a gently even surface with restrained sheen. Light glances across the raised folds while the recessed areas become nearly black, giving the plain cloth considerable tonal movement. No performance features or further specification data are noted in the supplied record.
How to use it
Use Rouen II Port for full-length curtains where its deep brown tone can absorb light and create a cocooning, intimate atmosphere. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and lighter neutral upholstery to keep the near-black depth balanced.
Use its deep port-brown tone for softly dramatic curtains and richly layered, low-lit rooms.

Pairs well with
Rouen Ii Port is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
