Vintage-Linen Blush

Vintage-Linen Fabric

Vintage-Linen Blush has a softly muted blush-taupe tone that shifts gently across the folds of the cloth. Its fine woven surface gives the colour a quiet, tactile depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The close-up shows a fine, tightly woven crosshatch with subtle variation between warm blush, beige and taupe threads. The cloth gathers into fluid folds, revealing a soft handle and a lightly textured surface as the light moves across it. There is no printed motif; the interest comes from the delicate grid of the weave and the restrained tonal contrast. This colourway reads warm and understated, sitting comfortably between dusty pink and natural taupe.

How to use it

Pair Vintage-Linen Blush with chalky whites, warm stone and pale timber for a calm, softly layered room. Its dusty blush undertone also works well as a gentle counterpoint to deeper brown or muted olive accents.

Use this softly blushed taupe weave to bring gentle warmth and relaxed texture to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
