01 Macaroon

Bonbon Fabric01

01 Macaroon has a warm biscuit-tan ground scattered with irregular cream, caramel-orange and charcoal marks. Its closely worked surface reads as softly textured and richly varied at close range.

About this fabric

The colourway is centred on a mellow tan-beige tone, warmed by small orange-caramel patches rather than a bright or saturated orange. Creamy highlights break up the ground, while fine black and charcoal flecks add definition throughout the design. The pattern is irregular and pebble-like, with densely clustered marks creating a subtly tactile, woven appearance. Overall, the shade has a relaxed, softly rustic depth that remains easy to pair with natural neutrals.

How to use it

Use 01 Macaroon to bring warmth to a neutral sofa, occasional chair or curtain, especially alongside ivory, walnut and aged brass. Its caramel-tan ground and charcoal detailing can also bridge lighter cream schemes with deeper brown or black accents.

A warm, softly mottled neutral with lively caramel, cream and charcoal detail.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside 01 Macaroon without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
