Essential Weaves Vol 3 FabricEWV3QUINTON

Quinton Caramel is a softly textured weave with a warm, mellow beige-caramel ground. The surface has a subtle linen-like movement that keeps the colourway feeling natural rather than flat.

About this fabric

Woven in India, this Ashley Wilde fabric is composed of 68% Recycle Polyester, 26% Cotton and 6% Polyester, with a width of 138cm and a weight of 225gsm. The fabric is specified for drapes only, and its 14.5cm vertical repeat and 11.5cm horizontal repeat create a gentle woven rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the caramel tone reads as light, earthy and quietly sunlit, with the textured surface lifting the shade in the weave rather than pushing it into a heavy brown. The result is an easy-going, tactile drapery fabric that feels warm and understated.

How to use it

Use Quinton Caramel for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or layered sheers in rooms that need a soft, grounded warmth. Its muted caramel-beige tone pairs especially well with oak, limestone, plaster pinks and other natural finishes.

A softly tonal weave that adds warmth without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
