About this fabric

Quinton Silver from Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 3 is a drapes-only fabric woven in 68% recycled polyester, 26% cotton and 6% polyester. The cloth has a textured, linen-like look with a small-scale slub effect that catches the light in a subtle, matte way. Its silver-grey colouring sits in a cool, pale neutral range, with just enough depth in the weave to stop it looking flat. At 138cm wide and 225gsm, it has enough substance for elegant window dressing while still reading as a soft decorative textile. The 14.5cm vertical repeat and 11.5cm horizontal repeat suggest a structured woven design rather than a plain.

How to use it

Use this shade for pared-back curtains, Roman blinds or layered sheers in rooms that need a crisp, calming backdrop. Its cool silver tone works especially well with white, charcoal and pale oak interiors.

A cool silver weave that reads refined and quietly versatile in a contemporary interior.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
