Alpha Kingfisher

Alpha FabricALPHACOL11FR/SR

Alpha Kingfisher presents a deep kingfisher teal field with a quietly clouded finish. The shade shifts through blue-green and near-black teal in the image, giving the plain surface noticeable depth without a visible repeat.

About this fabric

Alpha Kingfisher is a deep blue-green teal with a dark, saturated presence rather than a bright turquoise cast. Fine, cloud-like tonal variation breaks across the otherwise plain field, creating soft darker patches and a gently uneven finish. That restrained surface interest keeps the rich colour from looking flat, while its dense visual weight points naturally towards upholstered seating.

How to use it

Use this dark blue-green teal on a statement chair, sofa or headboard, pairing it with warm timber, aged brass or pale neutral walls to lift the shade. Its muted tonal variation also works well where a plain upholstery colour needs depth without a printed motif.

A dark, blue-green teal with subtle tonal depth for refined upholstered pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
