About this fabric

The plain velvet face has a smooth, low-pile appearance, with gentle tonal variation where the nap catches the light rather than a printed motif or visible pattern. Its dark blue-teal colour feels calm and atmospheric, balancing the richness of velvet with a restrained, contemporary finish. The composition is 12% cotton, 17% acrylic and 71% polyester, with an approximate width of 140cm. It is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. Care is listed as Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use Aegean on a statement armchair, banquette or fixed seat where its deep blue-teal tone can act as an anchor. As curtains, it will add softly shaded colour and a luxe velvet texture without introducing a pattern.

Use this deep, cool blue-teal velvet to bring quiet depth to upholstered seating or full-length curtains.
