About this fabric

The Persian colourway reads as a saturated blue teal, darker and cooler than a conventional blue, with subtle variation where the velvet nap catches the light. No printed motif is visible, allowing the close, softly brushed texture and tonal depth to define the cloth. At approximately 140cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The composition is 12% cotton, 17% acrylic and 71% polyester, with care listed as Delicate Wash 30°C or Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use this deep blue-teal shade on a tailored sofa, headboard or occasional chair when the room needs a cool, enveloping focal colour. It also has enough visual depth for generous curtains, especially alongside warm timber, aged brass or pale neutrals.
