About this fabric

This plain velvet has a dense, softly lustrous surface in a deep ocean-blue shade, with subtle tonal variation across the pile. At approximately 140cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The composition is 12% cotton, 17% acrylic and 71% polyester. Care is listed as Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use this cool ocean blue to bring depth to a reading chair, sofa or full-length curtain, especially alongside pale neutrals, smoked timber or warmer brass accents. Its restrained sheen adds a luxe note without introducing a pattern.
