Bobbin Sunshine Fabric | Harvest Moon

Misc Fabric

Harvest Moon is an especially warm colourway, with a saturated ochre-orange ground that gives the design a sunlit, autumnal presence. Repeating cream medallions bring a softer, cottage-floral counterpoint to the bold background.

About this fabric

The close-up shows neat rows of round cream medallions arranged across the orange-ochre field. Each medallion contains a small stylised floral sprig, picked out in dusky pink, olive green and charcoal, with an irregular dark edge that defines the circular shapes. A fine horizontal woven texture is visible through the ground, adding gentle surface variation rather than a flat printed appearance. The strong contrast between the warm ground and pale floral discs makes this a versatile textile for upholstery or drapery.

How to use it

Use Harvest Moon to bring warmth to a reading chair, bench or relaxed curtain scheme, balancing its orange-ochre ground with aged timber, chalky cream and muted olive. Keep surrounding patterns quieter so the repeated floral medallions remain the focal point.

Pair the warm ochre ground with aged wood, cream upholstery and muted olive accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bobbin Sunshine Fabric | Harvest Moon without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
